Do I need to sign up or create an account?
No. Every calculator on this site is free to use without registration, email, or account creation. We do not want your data — we just want you to understand your loans better.
Do you sell loans or recommend lenders?
No. We do not sell loans, collect leads, or take referral fees from banks or lenders. We may include affiliate links to financial products we believe are genuinely useful, but these do not influence our content or calculator accuracy.
Who is James Whitmore?
James is an independent financial consultant based in Denver, Colorado. He spent 14 years inside a bank's loan department before quitting to help people avoid the traps he used to sell. He has processed roughly 2,400 loan applications and knows which banks pad fees.
